The episode begins with Aryan, Abhira, and Tanya talking about the evidence against Meher. Aryan asks, since she got it deleted from the school server, what will they do now? Abhira, however, informs them that Meher took the copies on her phone and that she can get them from there; all she has to do is attend the wedding and distract Meher enough to grab them.
Abhira attends the wedding from Disha ’s side
At the wedding procession, Disha’s family is welcomed by the Poddar family. When it comes to Damyanti welcoming Aryan’s family, Abhira comes forward with the thaali. Vidya refuses to be welcomed by Abhira and tells everyone that she feels insulted as Abhira is not family. Damyanti says that since Disha has called her an older sister, Abhira is now a part of their family. Abhira welcomes Kaveri, but before she can move on to the next family member, Vidya pushes Armaan, Meher, and Maira in front of her with a smirk. Abhira welcomes them, however, skips over Meher, infuriating her and Vidya.The wedding processions continue, and Disha’s father tells everyone that they have a ritual where the bride’s father washes the groom’s feet. However, Aryan refuses, and Abhira and Armaan tell them that it should be the other way around. Maira looks at everything as Tanya comments in the background that Abhira and Armaan are completely in sync.
Maira finds out the truth about the gift and Meher’s lie
Later on, Abhira approaches Maira, and the two talk about the gift from yesterday. Maira tells her that she is lying, and that Meher is the one who saved all of the things from her childhood; however, Abhira corrects her and then lists out all of the things that were in the box, along with the memories attached to them. She tells Maira that she was going to give her favourite item from the memories as a gift; however, she could not decide and chose to give her everything. She tells Maira to think about it and says who else but a mother would save all of this? She tells Maira that Meher is lying and points out how she would even have any of these items, leaving Maira confused.
Abhira and Tanya attempt to steal Meher’s phone
Later in the event, Tanya and Abhira devise a plan to take Meher’s phone without her noticing. Tanya bumps into her and picks up Meher’s phone, along with a duplicate phone; however, she forgets which one belongs to whom. Abhira looks over all of this, as Tanya hesitantly hands over one of the phones to Meher. They end up failing to switch the phone.
