Great gurus don’t say, “Believe only what I say, follow only me!” The most evolved spiritual teacher in the world is one that says—“Don’t believe what I say, God has given you intelligence, you experiment, experience & validate, and then decide.” This philosophy was reiterated by my teacher – Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of World Pranic Healing School & School of Inner Studies. After venturing through several spiritual schools, I came across Pranic Healing, a spiritual school which primarily follows Karma Yoga, apart from Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga.
My most important learning here was—“It is in giving that we receive.” As a child, I used to sit in my school church & chat with Lord Jesus, “Just the way you have only given to the world, I would like to give too; just the way you sacrificed, I would like to sacrifice.” And all my life, I only kept giving & sacrificing, till I met & learnt from the guru, “You should also ask for yourself, you should also want to be prosperous & abundant in life. Because when you are prosperous & abundant, only then you can help the needy.” It changed the perception & purpose of my life.
Recently, when I was at AIIMS hospital to do my health check-up, I came across the executive director & CEO, who requested me to do sessions for her doctors & faculties on integrated healing. I readily agreed because the Universe was giving me an opportunity to serve. I did a session for doctors, faculties, scholars, PhDs, scientists, HODs & nursing staff, which was also attended by the director & CEO. It was a great interactive session with excellent feedback.
A couple of months back, I thought I had learned Pranic Fung-shui 18 years back, which I applied & got magical results in life. I wished the course would be conducted again so that I could do a review. And there it was—the moment I gave service to humanity through AIIMS, the Universe gave me a surprise. Pranic Fung-shui & Body Sculpting were being conducted in Jalandhar. I remembered—It is in giving that you receive! I was in Dehradun then; I had done Body Sculpting 12 years back (needed a review of both courses), and Sumi, who was conducting the course, was my favourite trainer; I had become a trainer in the World Pranic Healing School under her trainership. Wow, I bowed with gratitude to the guru. As he taught, the fastest way of neutralising your past negative karmas is to tithe (donate) & by doing service. And that has changed my life & destiny phenomenally.
The Pranic Healing school, a non-religion-based school, does not only teach healing diseases, but Basic Pranic Healing teaches how to heal all physical diseases; Advance PH teaches advanced techniques; Psychotherapy teaches how to heal mental diseases & chronic addictions; Achieving Oneness with the Soul heals your soul, your inner child & heals all your relations; Arhatic Yoga course takes you very high & deep into spiritual science to evolve as a soul; then there are courses on the inner teachings of Hinduism (where I learnt the significance & esoteric meaning of why Ganesha has a human body but an elephant head, why we worship a monkey as a human God, the significance of the rituals of this religion, etc.), Buddhism, Christianity & Kabalistic practices; Pranic Crystal Healing where we study the need, use & power of crystals; Psychic Self Defense where we learn to shield and protect with Divine powers ourselves, our loved ones, our home, business, belongings, our projects, goals, dreams, etc. As I have been experimenting with everything Master Choa has taught us, while I would visit my children in boarding school in Mussoorie from Bombay, due to no flight so long ago, I would reach Delhi in the morning by Rajdhani Express, and roam around Connaught Place the whole day to take the night train to Dehradun. I would divinely shield my stroller in a corner on the platform and roam around, and come back and pick it up in the evening for my onward journey. I travelled 60 times in 5 years, and never did anyone touch my suitcase!
There are also courses like Kriyashakti, where we are taught to neutralise our karmas & apply the laws of the universe to become entitled to be millionaires. And I have proof of this too. The child who used to wish only to give and has been exploited & extracted by the human kingdom became a millionaire (though a self-made woman), affording to buy a high-budget apartment in the most prosperous & wealthy area of Mumbai – Malabar Hill. Even my relatives wondered how I had afforded it when they are so well placed in life, living in Mumbai since 1975, and still could not buy property in such an expensive area! It is nothing but the application of the teachings of Grand Master Choa.
As I did the review of Pranic Fung-Shui with Sumi, I remembered that Fung (wind) & Shui (Water) flows its energy flexibly & transforms the energy of your home, office, attracting only positive results in the life of the family—be it academics, profession, business, conjugal life, peace, illumination, harmony, good health, prosperity & abundance. It is not rigid like Vastu and can easily be applied. I have applied it in my home & wellness centre in Dehradun and experienced its enchanting results & effects in life. Everyone who visited the wellness centre has commented, “Oh I feel completely healed,” and whoever has come home has said, “Oh I feel so peaceful here.”
Body Sculpting taught me that we can reshape our body & return to fitness by applying the techniques of this course, which does deep psychological cleansing & healing of trauma, shock, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger & aggression, etc., which have an adverse effect on the physical body by accumulating toxins as diseases and fat in the cells & body. In Pranic Facial, we learn to cleanse the toxins that create under-eye dark circles & apply real gold energy to permanently remove blemishes & tone the skin with glow & glamour.
The destiny with which we are born can be changed, and we can make a new destiny by reducing our negative karmas and generating good karmas with the application of divine techniques. I am a live example. It has been the biggest blessing of my life that I am an integral part of this school, which has transformed my life 360 degrees on all levels—physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, financially & spiritually.
