The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi has released the Master of Technology (M.Tech.) admission 2026 merit list and Round 1 seat allotment results for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), CSE-Research, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Computational Biology (CB) programmes. Candidates can check the merit list and seat allocation status through the official website.The online application process for M.Tech admissions began on March 16, 2026, and concluded on April 13, 2026. Earlier, the institute had conducted an online open house session on March 27, 2026, for prospective applicants.Admit cards for the CSE and CSE-Research entrance examinations, along with interview calls for ECE non-GATE and CB candidates, were released on April 20, 2026.The PGCAT-IIITD examination for CSE and CSE-Research programmes was conducted on May 3, 2026. Online interviews for non-GATE ECE candidates and GATE CSE-Research candidates were tentatively held on May 7, while hybrid interviews for CB candidates were also conducted on the same day.

Direct link here.According to the official notice, candidates applying under reserved categories including Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel (CW) categories must carry valid category certificates during physical document verification.The institute has further clarified that OBC-NCL and EWS candidates must submit certificates issued for the current financial year. Failure to produce valid documents at the time of verification may lead to cancellation of admission.
